The cooperation program opens up a practical and humane direction in transferring quality and highly disciplined human resources from the military to the civil labor force. This is a joint effort of the two sides to solve employment for demobilized soldiers, contributing to socio-economic development and spreading the green transport model in the community.
According to the agreement, Thai Son Center will organize car driving enrollment and training for soldiers who have completed their service, ensuring teaching quality according to standards and regulations of competent authorities. Students are not only equipped with solid professional skills but also trained in service skills, communication standards and discipline. These are the core qualities to become a regular driver in Xanh SM's professional operating system.
The preferential tuition fee for students is VND 18,150,000/course, excluding testing fees, driving license fees and driving practice costs on touchscreens. Students are flexibly paid in two installments: 10,150,000 VND when submitting documents and 8,000,000 VND after completing the theory study phase. Xanh SM can support an advance payment to pay the second installment to students according to the agreement between the two sides, helping to reduce immediate financial pressure and demonstrating the commitment to long-term companionship in the career journey of soldiers.

After completing the training course, qualified students will be officially recruited to work at Xanh SM, with competitive income and a professional environment. The team of full-time drivers who are well-trained and have gone through training and testing in the military environment will help improve the quality of drivers and services of Xanh SM, bringing customers peace of mind and satisfaction during the trip.
Speaking at the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - General Director of GSM Company Global shared: The soldier - Mr. Hos soldiers is an image symbolizing courage, integrity, discipline and service to the people. We believe that the good qualities that are cultivated in that army will continue to be promoted in the SM Green team, even contributing to promoting the creation of new standards for the transportation service industry, making SM Green a Vietnamese - green, civilized and friendly transportation brand".
On the side of Thai Son Center, Mr. Nguyen Van Viet - Director of the Center affirmed: "This is not only a stable career choice but also an opportunity for students to continue to contribute to the community in their new role - a person who serves the people on every safe and good journey".
