Exceeding more than 250 strict requirements on information security
On December 16, VNPAY was awarded the highest level PCI DSS 4.0.1 security certificate by Control case international. This is a prestigious certificate for service providers ( Service Providers), issued by the PCI Security Standards Council.
Previously, since 2020, VNPAY has continuously achieved PCI DSS certification at the highest level for 6 consecutive years, according to upgraded standard versions. To maintain this certification, VNPAY's services must comply with 12 groups of principles, exceed more than 250 strict requirements on information security and data management, and fully meet 6 groups of security goals according to PCI DSS standards, including: building and maintaining a secure network system; protecting payment card data; maintaining a vulnerability management program; implementing strong access control; regular monitoring and testing; maintaining information security policies.

PCI DSS certificate (Payment card data security standard) is a mandatory information security standard for businesses storing, transmitting and processing payment cards, managed by 5 international payment organizations such as Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover and JCB.
PCI DSS 4.0.1 is a security standard that includes a system of strict and rigorous requirements, to ensure the protection of cardholders' data throughout the process of storage, processing and transmission, through technical, process and human control measures.
