In 2025, authorized by the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC), PC Dak Nong held a groundbreaking ceremony and handed over funds to support the construction of first-round gratitude houses to 5 households with difficult housing circumstances in the area.
PC Dak Nong selected 5 households to support including: Y Khanh Bkrong household, bon U S'ettel, Dak D'rong commune, Cujut district; H Mai, hamlet K62, Dak Dro commune, Krong No district; Phan Sy Quynh, Quang Thanh commune, Gia Nghia city; Pham Van Son, Duc Binh village, Duc Manh commune, Dak Mil district; Tran Thi Oanh household, Tan Binh village, Dak Ru commune, Dak Rlap district.
Recently, the family of Ms. H Mai, K62, Dak Dro commune, Krong No district was very happy to receive the first support amount of 35 million VND to start the construction of a new house.
The family is in particularly difficult circumstances, Ms. H Mai herself is a resistance fighter and is infected with toxic chemicals with a working capacity reduction rate of 41%.

Sharing the joy of being supported to build a house, Mr. Y Khanh Bkrong's family in U' roong, Dak D'rong commune, Cujut district has also just received support money from PC Dak Nong this time.
This is a poor family of 8 people, including two resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals, one child is behind schedule and does not go to school, only two are main workers, and their income depends on hired labor.
In 2025, the Central Power Corporation will continue to deploy support to build 70 gratitude houses in 13 provinces/cities in the Central - Central Highlands.
PC Dak Nong was assigned to preside over the support of 5 gratitude houses within the framework of this program with a value of 70 million VND/house, the total support cost is 350 million VND.
Households in this year's support program are all families with revolutionary contributions, poor or near-poor households, those with especially difficult circumstances, and unstable jobs. Most of the houses of households where they are living are temporary and degraded, most dangerous in the conditions of natural disasters and storms.
Currently, PC Dak Nong is coordinating with local authorities and households to start building houses. It is expected that the houses of gratitude in the area will be completed and put into use before August 2025, helping households in difficulty stabilize their lives.
