Ms. Pham Minh Tam (Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi) has been looking to buy a plain round gold ring for 2 weeks now but has not been able to buy one.
"Currently, the interest rate for saving money is very low, so I choose to buy gold as an asset. However, buying gold is extremely difficult. I tried many times to ask the staff when to sell so I wouldn't have to wait, but they all shook their heads and said they didn't have the information," said Ms. Tam.
Sharing with Lao Dong reporter, an employee at a gold shop on Tran Nhan Tong street (Hanoi) said: "Because people only want to buy and few people want to sell, the shop has not been able to balance the quantity of gold rings for many days. Currently, the shop only sells a certain amount per day, and at times has to temporarily stop selling because it is out of stock."

At the same time, the price of 9999 Hung Thinh Vuong round gold ring at DOJI was listed at 85.2 - 86.2 million VND/tael (buy - sell).
Bao Tin Minh Chau also adjusted the price of plain round gold rings to increase to 85.23 - 86.18 million VND/tael (buy - sell).
