2 support funds for grassroots security protection participants who died while on duty

Clause 2, Article 7, Resolution 54/2025/NQ-HĐND of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council stipulates the level of support for people participating in forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level who have not participated in social insurance but have accidents or deaths while performing tasks as follows:

2. In case the person participating in the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level has not participated in social insurance but has an accident leading to death while performing duties, meets the conditions specified in Clause 1, Article 6 and does not fall into the cases specified in Clause 2, Article 6, Decree No. 40/2024/ND-CP, the relatives are entitled to survivor's allowance and funeral expenses, specifically:

a) One-time survivor's allowance is 03 times the monthly regular support level specified in Clause 1, Article 3, of this Resolution.

b) Funeral expenses equal to 10 times the reference level according to the law on social insurance in the month the person participating in the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level died.

Thus, the support level for people participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in Ho Chi Minh City who died while performing tasks without participating in social insurance is implemented as above.
