Professional officers and soldiers have not been off under Decree 178

Article 3 of Circular 19/2025/TT-BQP guiding the implementation of policies and regimes for subjects under the management of the Ministry of Defense in organizing the organizational structure (effective from 11.4.2025) stipulating cases that have not considered the policies and guidelines in this Circular as follows:

1. The object specified in Article 2 of this Circular is that women are in pregnancy, maternity leave, and are raising children under 36 months of age; Except for cases of eligibility, individuals voluntarily restore, quit or retire before age.

2. The subjects specified in Article 2 of this Circular are in the period of disciplinary consideration or criminal prosecution or being inspected and examined due to signs of violations.

Article 2 Circular 19/2025/TT-BQP stipulates the following subjects:

1. Officers, professional soldiers, defense workers, defense officers.

2. Cadres, civil servants and public employees hold the position of leadership and management.

3. Civil servants and officials do not hold titles, leadership and management positions.

4. People working in the Cipher organization of the Government Cipher Committee.

5. Salary labor earnings from the state budget.

6. Agencies, units, organizations and individuals involved.

Thus, the cases of professional officers and soldiers have not been off under Decree 178/2024/ND-CP are prescribed above.
