Clause 2, Article 16 of Decree 61/2026/ND-CP Regulating the list, management, use of professional technical means and equipment and the process of collecting and using data collected from technical means and equipment provided by individuals and organizations to detect administrative violations (effective from April 1, 2026) stipulates that individuals and organizations providing data have the right to:

a) Providing data collected from means and technical equipment to agencies, units, and competent persons under the forces specified in Article 18 of this Decree;

b) Be guaranteed the confidentiality of full name, address, handwriting and other personal information in accordance with the law on personal data protection;

c) Request agencies, units, and competent persons to notify the results of verification and processing of data provided in writing or through applications on the electronic environment.

Thus, from April 1, 2026, the data provider collected from means and technical equipment to agencies, units, and competent persons for handling administrative violations has the above rights.
