Article 20 of the Law on Forces Participating in Security and Order Protection at the Grassroots Level 2023 stipulates:
Location and workplace for forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level
The People's Committee at the commune level arranges locations and workplaces for forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level at locations, community activities in villages, residential groups or locations, workplaces of the Commune-level Police or other locations and workplaces in accordance with the requirements of the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level and the local security capacity.
Accordingly, the working place of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level is arranged by the People's Committee at the commune level.
The workplace can be a place for community activities in the village, residential group or a location, a workplace of the Commune-level Police or another location, a workplace suitable to the requirements of the task of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level and the ability to ensure the locality.
