According to the provisions of Article 5 of Resolution 66. 22/2026/NQ-CP on digital citizen development (effective from August 15, 2026 to February 28, 2027), citizens who complete the integration of 5 types of basic information and documents (Birth certificate; Bank card information/Payment account/Electronic wallet/Mobile money account; Social security account information; Mobile subscriber number information and Electronic health record book) on the national identification application (VNeID) and complete administrative procedures that meet the conditions specified in Appendix II and Appendix III issued together with this Resolution are entitled to exemption or reduction of fees and charges corresponding to that administrative procedure.
According to Appendix III on reducing fees and charges for common and high-value transactions (Accompanying Resolution No. 66. 22/2026/NQ-CP), the reduction of registration fees for houses, land, motorbikes, and passenger cars with 9 seats or less is implemented as follows:
Thus, the reduction of registration fees for houses, land, motorbikes, and passenger cars with 9 seats or less when integrating 5 types of basic documents on VNeID and carrying out administrative procedures that meet the conditions specified in Appendix III issued together with Resolution 66. 22/2026/NQ-CP is regulated as above.
