Inspired by the work "Totto-chan by the window", Tesla Elementary School shapes the educational philosophy as a humane journey, where each child is respected as a separate individual with different potentials and developmental paces. The school believes that learning is not limited to classrooms, but is sparked by natural curiosity, freedom of exploration and daily practical experiences. Therefore, the image of "the school as a station" is not only symbolic, but also clearly reflects the school's educational viewpoint: each student is a "passenger" on their own journey of maturity, and the school plays a companion, leading, and inspiring role instead of imposing stereotypes.
Regarding the school's academic development orientation, Dr. Dang Dinh Toi plays an important role in building a professional foundation and long-term educational strategic orientation. With nearly 40 years of experience in training talented students at the High School for Gifted Students in Natural Sciences (Vietnam National University, Hanoi), he contributes to the development of logical thinking, academic capacity and modern educational approaches, while ensuring systematicity and quality in the implementation of the training program.
Accompanying the English program at Tesla Elementary School is teacher Charles Jensen in the role of Director of the English program. He is also the founder of The English Connection Center, which trains many teachers with many years of experience in international education. He focuses on building a natural English learning environment, inspiring and developing communication and language thinking skills for students right from elementary school.
The School Council believes that the teaching staff is the core foundation, the key factor determining the quality of education and the comprehensive development of students. With the philosophy of education taking students as the center, the school always focuses on building a team of teachers with solid expertise, rich experience and a spirit of persistent companionship with students on the journey of learning and growing up.
