According to Korean media, Billboard announced that BTS's debut live album "Permission To Dance On Stage" debuted at No. 10 on the Top 200 Albums chart, a chart of the most popular albums in the US.
With this new album, BTS has set a new record as the K-pop artist with the most Top 10 albums on Billboard 200, breaking the records of TWICE, ATEEZ and Seventeen.
Permission To Dance On Stage is BTSs eighth album to enter the top 10 of Billboard 200, after Love Yourself: Her, Love Yourself: Tear, Love Yourself: Answer, Map of the soul: persona, Map of the soul: 7, BE and Proof.
According to Luminate (formerly Nielsen Music), "Permission To Dance On Stage" achieved a total of 43,000 equivalent album units in the week ending July 24.
The album's total score includes 36,000 traditional albums - becoming the second best-selling album of the week in the US - and 5,000 online equivalent album units (SEA), equivalent to 6.58 million on-demand audio listens throughout the week.
This live album also reached 2,000 song equivalent album units (TEA) in its first week.
