With the theme "Aspiration for the Green Sea - a Great Thousand Shines", the Great Thousand - Green Sea Conclusion Festival takes place over 5 days, from August 29 to September 2. The opening ceremony was held at 8:00 p.m. on August 29 at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square.

Organizing a press conference at the Provincial Convention Center. Children's Park is a space for the Food Festival associated with the OCOP product exhibition area and traditional craft villages. Victory Square will host traditional art programs. The Street Festival is held on Xuan Dieu Street and the central streets of Quy Nhon.
