Based on a webtoon, the film "Karma" revolves around a fateful accident, connecting 6 characters in a story about a career of good people.
They are witnesses Beom Jun (Park Hae Soo), surgeon Ju Yeon (Shin Min Ah), debtor Lee Hee Joon, Gil Ryong (Kim Sung Kyun), successful doctor Lee Kwang Soo and Yu Jeong (Gong Seung Yeon).
After airing on April 4, "Nghien Duyen" quickly attracted attention because of its thrilling plot, overlapping relationships and unexpected twists.
The film opens with a fire, followed by the story of the debtor Jae Yeong - a man who lives with his old father and is chased by black society. If he did not pay within 30 days, Jae Yeong would be killed and his organs would be taken away and sold.
