Coming here today, the exhibition area completely overwhelmed me. Not only large-scale, magnificent, but also very high-quality. Many modern and vivid screenings bring realistic emotions. Especially the exhibition area of artifacts and images from the time when the country was against France and the US.... My children and I all watched and were very touched."
The exhibition area is scientifically arranged, with many screens showing modern new technology, authentic and unique sound - color.

Hundreds of audiences lined up to see the exhibition area of artifacts, images, and important decrees of President Ho Chi Minh and Party and State leaders at many stages from anti-French to anti-US. At the exhibition, many rare historical documents of ministries, branches and fields were displayed.
Among them, it can be mentioned that Decree No. 40 was signed by President Ho Chi Minh on October 12, 1945, right after the founding of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
The decree stipulates: From now on, all documents, don gian, bao chi, wishes, la thu... must have the heading, "Vietnam - Democracy - First Republic".
The decree aims to affirm the era of national independence, marking the opening step of the new State of Vietnam, becoming a historical document, currently recognized as a National Treasure.

Decree No. 34 dated September 20, 1945 to implement Article 6 of Decree No. 14 dated September 8, 1945 on general elections to elect National Assembly members. The Prime Minister temporarily issued Decree No. 34 to establish a drafting Committee and submit to the National Assembly a draft Constitution for the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Decree No. 34 is an important step to form the first constitutional system of Vietnam, demonstrating the will to build a democratic State, rule of law of the people, by the people and for the people.
The exhibition displays many important Decrees of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam signed during the special period of the two resistance wars, both building the country and repelling foreign invaders.

Special seals are also displayed in the exhibition hall of the Government Office.
The two-sided seal of the President of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam is a seal of high legal and political value in executive activities, used in official decrees, decisions, important documents and special diplomatic documents of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
The embossed seal of the Central External Relations Commission (Democratic Republic of Vietnam) has the highest legal and diplomatic confirmation meaning of the central-level foreign affairs agency, often issued on the civil status, diplomatic letters, promulgation papers, international cooperation documents and special diplomatic documents.

Along with that, valuable images and documents about the two resistance wars against France and the US that lasted from the end of the 19th century to the spring of 1975 were also displayed realistically and emotionally.

Ms. Nguyen Van Le (born in 1959) is a retired teacher from Bac Ninh and shared, "I used to teach history, but when I came to today's exhibition, there were many images and documents that I saw for the first time, the first time I saw them.
The history of the nation has had truly tragic years. From hardship, the country has risen unprecedentedly. Seeing the valuable photos, I was moved and didn't know how to say it to fully describe it".
