According to the Plan, activities in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day will start from February to the end of May 2025.
The main activities of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day are organized from March to the end of April 2025, including: Organizing activities of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in the school system; Organizing activities of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in the system of Libraries and Cultural Houses; Organizing activities in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in localities, units, and mass organizations; Organizing activities of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day at the system of publishing establishments in Hai Duong province.
Hai Duong province will organize "Book and Reading Culture Day" according to the theme of the year and organize it in rotation at units and localities in the province with activities such as: Organizing Book Fairs; book exhibition and introduction booths; selling books at preferential prices; exchanges and discussions between cultural researchers, scientists, writers, poets... with the public of Hai Duong province about books and reading culture.
Organize the donation of books and equipment for reading to libraries, bookcases, organizations, and individuals who are typical in the reading movement and developing reading culture in the province. Launch and expand movements to spread reading culture, models of family bookcases; clan bookcases; office and school bookcases; community bookcases, book clubs, book cafes, etc.
Hai Duong province will also organize activities of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in some units and localities. In Cam Giang district, Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day will be held from March 14 to 16. Hai Duong province's Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day will be held in conjunction with the Spring Festival at Mao Dien Temple of Literature.
In Hai Duong City, Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day is expected to be held in April. Activities in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in Hai Duong province celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) at Hai Duong Provincial Library.
