According to the schedule, right after docking, tourists will visit the world natural heritage Ha Long Bay, explore other famous landmarks in Quang Ninh such as Quang Ninh Museum, Yen Tu relic site and experience unique cultural features through art programs, as well as enjoy local cuisine.
On November 8, 2024, the Costa Serena ship will continue to dock at Ha Long international passenger port, expected to carry more than 3,000 international tourists.
Mr. Pham Van Hiep, Director of Ha Long International Passenger Port, shared: "This is the fourth time this year that the Costa Serena ship has visited Quang Ninh, bringing 11,332 international tourists. From now until the end of 2024, Ha Long International Passenger Port is expected to welcome about 12 large cruise ships from the world's leading corporations and brands such as Mein Schiff 6, Celebrity Solstice, Noordam...".
Welcoming more international cruise ships will contribute to creating more jobs for workers and developing more professional tourism services, gradually contributing to the goal of welcoming 3.5 million international visitors in 2024 of Quang Ninh province.
