"People's Representative" is built around the story of Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Nhat Son, on his journey with local cadres and authorities, building a strong political system, helping people and localities escape poverty and develop stably.
Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Nhat Son is one of thousands of officers of the border guards nationwide who have been assigned to the Party Committees of border communes with the title of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, in Mon Son commune (Con Cuong district, Nghe An province).
The film "People's Representative" uses special scenes such as: winding streams, forest breezes, mountain and forest scenery seen from above, scenes of boat rowing upstream to anchor..., helping the audience deeply visualize the life and activities of people in Mon Son commune.
