When officially working at the company, employees are entitled to a basic salary from VND 5,317,000 to VND 6,159,000, a job efficiency bonus from VND 130,000 to VND 1,070,000, a 13th month salary bonus of VND 400,000/month, a seniority bonus from VND 300,000 to VND 1,450,000/month, a output bonus of VND 200,000 to VND 700,000/month, and a technical allowance of VND 110,000-240,000/month.
In addition, the company also has a travel allowance for employees of VND500,000/person/month, a boarding allowance of VND600,000/person/month, a child allowance of VND50,000/child/month, and a shift meal of VND25,000/meal. The total income of workers is from 9-13 million VND/month.
For new workers, the company also provides a subsidy of 150,000 VND/person for the probationary month. At the same time, a vocational skills bonus of 2-3 million VND will be added to seniority for old workers returning to work.
