Littelfuse - a US multi-industry industrial technology group, has just announced MOSFET (a very popular semiconductor component in electronic devices) with the super processor X4 named MMIX1T500N20X4.
This is MOSFET channel N with very low bounce rate of only 1.99 mΩ. The device helps reduce conduction losses and improve heat management in high-density designs.
The product uses a ceramic SMPD X package that can isolate 2,500V and support cooling from the top. Thanks to that, heating is simpler and reliability is improved. Equipment providing standard 480A power line. This allows a reduction in the number of parallel components in the system, helping to reduce the design and increase overall efficiency.
According to Littelfuse, merging many low-volume MOSFETs into one high-volume device helps reduce the number of components as well as simplify control. At the same time, the system achieves greater capacity density and helps optimize circuit board area.
MMIX1T500N20X4 is suitable for applications using large power lines such as DC charging switch, battery storage system, charging infrastructure and power electronic devices for drones.
