According to the Federation, agencies, organizations, units, member associations, and affiliated units of the Federation have organized reviews and nominations for outstanding scientists and technologists (KH&CN) at the grassroots level. As a result, 486 intellectuals participated in the selection.
As of August 15, 2024, the Standing Agency of the Selection Council has received nominations for 81 outstanding AI and AI intellectuals who are eligible for consideration according to regulations.
Of which, intellectuals who are authors and project leaders who won third prizes in the National Technical Innovation Contest and the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award or higher have 4 people;
intellectuals are the author, project manager, and solution winner of the first prize of the Thanh Hoa 1st Technical Innovation Contest;
intellectuals received the Nguyen Duc Canh Award for 7 people; intellectuals received the Luong Dinh Cua Award for 7 people;
Intellectuals who are the head of provincial-level science and technology projects or equivalent or higher to be classified as excellent, from 2019 to May 2024, are 60 people;
Intellectuals have excellent achievements in gathering, uniting and promoting the creativity of the two-man science and technology intellectual team.
Based on the study of records and documents and after a period of urgent, serious work in accordance with regulations, 100% of members of the Council for selecting the title of outstanding science and technology intellectual in Thanh Hoa province in 2024 voted unanimously, selecting 10 outstanding science and technology intellectuals to propose to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to consider recognizing and honoring the "Ditct of outstanding science and technology intellectual in Thanh Hoa province in 2024".
On December 11, 2024, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 4889/QD-UBND on recognizing the title of outstanding science and technology intellectual in Thanh Hoa province in 2024.
