The project to upgrade road surfaces, repair drainage systems, sidewalks of Hop Xuan Resettlement Area, Resettlement Area B of Tang Loong town, Bao Thang district (old) - was approved under Decision No. 1896/QD-UBND dated May 22, 2025 of Bao Thang District People's Committee.
This project belongs to Group C, with a total investment of 60 billion VND, invested by the Bao Thang District Construction Investment Project Management Board (now the Bao Thang Area Construction Investment Project Management Board).
According to the reporter's investigation, on June 5, the Bao Thang Construction Investment Project Management Board announced the bidding for the project's construction package.
The above construction package was widely bid online, priced at more than 52 billion VND from the provincial budget, supplemented with the district budget.
According to the project documents, the scope of work of the package is to invest in renovating and upgrading road surfaces, drainage systems, and sidewalks of roads in Hop Xuan resettlement area, resettlement area of area B, Tang Loong town, Bao Thang district (now Tang Loong commune).
Specifically, the package will upgrade the road surface for 20 traffic routes according to urban road standards with a total length of about 8,302m, along with the construction of surface drainage items in the resettlement area.
The progress of the entire above package is 180 (from the effective date of the contract).
The project is invested with the goal of completing the transport infrastructure system, drainage infrastructure, sidewalks and auxiliary items to gradually improve the infrastructure system and enhance the aesthetics of residential areas, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the locality and meeting the travel and living needs of the people.
