Da Nang starts construction of a series of social housing projects, forecasts abundant supply
In recent times, the city has stepped up investment in building new social housing to serve the needs of the people.
Da Nang City has started construction of a social housing project in Hoa Hiep 4 resettlement area (located on land plots B4-1, B4-2, Me Linh street, in Hai Van ward and Lien Chieu ward), commercial name is Ecohome Hoa Hiep, with a total investment of more than VND 2,125 billion on August 28.
The groundbreaking of the Ecohome Hoa Hiep project is an important event to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2; aiming to celebrate the 23rd Da Nang City Party Congress.
Hoa Hiep 4 resettlement area has an area of about 4.2 hectares, including 3 buildings, with a scale of 1,476 social housing apartments. The project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2029. See more...
Khanh Hoa approves investment in Cam Ranh International Yard with a scale of 148 hectares
On September 1, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced that the unit had just issued a decision approving the investment policy and accepting the investor to implement the KN Cam Ranh Passenger Port Project (Cam Ranh International Ducning Port) to KN Cam Ranh Company Limited.
The project has a scale of 148 hectares, including land and water surface. Of which, the main port is 420m long, directly connected to the 22,000m2 passenger terminal with modern architecture, large capacity, capable of welcoming tens of thousands of visitors each year.
The entire shipping channel and maritime signal system is invested synchronously according to international standards, ensuring safe and efficient operation in all weather conditions.

Decision 3380/QD-BNNMT issued on August 25, 2025, announces a series of new administrative procedures, along with many amended and supplemented procedures in the land sector.
Accordingly, the new administrative procedures, amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of land, and unchanged administrative procedures under the state management scope of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment are announced with this Decision as follows:
(i) List of newly issued administrative procedures under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
- Economic organizations receiving transfers, leases of land use rights, and capital contributions using land use rights to implement investment projects.
- Land allocation, land lease, and sea area allocation for sea encroachment activities.
