The Railway Industry is applying many preferential policies to support train passengers such as: Discounts for social policy beneficiaries, union members, passengers with customer cards; 3% discount on ticket prices for trains departing from Saigon station on January 27, 2025 (ie December 28) and traveling from 1,000 km or more; 5% discount on return ticket prices for passengers buying round-trip tickets, especially students will receive a discount of 10% to 20% on ticket prices depending on the date of travel.
In addition, Saigon Railway Transport Joint Stock Company has also opened for sale trains that run regularly during and after the 2025 New Year holiday as follows: Train SE1/SE2, SE3/SE4, SE5/SE6, SE7/SE8 (Saigon - Hanoi), Train SE21/SE22 (Saigon - Da Nang), Train SNT1/SNT2 (Saigon - Nha Trang), Train SPT1/SPT2 (Saigon - Phan Thiet).
