On June 17, a working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Lieu province led by Mr. Nguyen Binh Tan - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee - visited and congratulated the collective of cadres and reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper under the Representative Office in the Mekong Delta on the occasion of the 100th Anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Lieu province, Mr. Tan expressed his deep gratitude for the attention and support of Lao Dong Newspaper in the construction and development work as well as ensuring political security, social order and safety of Bac Lieu over the past time.

Lao Dong Newspaper also frankly pointed out the difficulties, problems, and inadequacies of mechanisms and policies; shortcomings and limitations in implementation, thereby helping competent authorities have timely leadership and direction measures to rectify and overcome.
The Head of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee said that when Bac Lieu implements the two-level local government and merges the provincial-level administrative unit with the new Ca Mau province, the current advantages will be resonated, maximized, and expanded the development space for the province after the merger. This will also be a favorable environment for reporters to work.

Mr. Tan hopes that Lao Dong Newspaper reporters will continue to accompany the new Ca Mau province in carrying out the task of disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to cadres, Party members and the masses.
