On the morning of October 31, according to initial information, the accident occurred in the basement of the motorbike parking lot of PVNC2-CT02 apartment building (Truong Vinh ward, Nghe An).
While setting up a water pump to pump water in the basement, the male security guard of the building was suddenly electrocuted and collapsed on the spot.
Immediately after discovering the incident, people and colleagues sought first aid and reported it to the authorities. However, the victim was confirmed dead.
The police force and related units quickly arrived at the scene to block off, investigate, and verify the cause of the incident.
It is known that PVNC2-CT02 apartment building started construction in 2015, with a total floor area of over 15,600m2, including 18 floors with 168 apartments. During the construction process, the project was administratively sanctioned for violating construction regulations, affecting neighboring projects.
