Ha Tinh - Hundreds of households in low-lying, flooded areas in Vung Ang ward have been evacuated to the concentration point and have been guaranteed food and accommodation conditions.

On October 31, the Ha Tinh Provincial Military Command mobilized 150 officers and soldiers along with more than 200 local militia and self-defense forces, coordinating with the police force to support the evacuation of hundreds of people in the deeply flooded area of Vung Ang ward to safety.

Accordingly, about 600 people in Truong Yen, Truong Phu, Canh Truong residential groups of Vung Ang ward were evacuated to the concentration point at Ky Thinh 2 Primary School.

At this concentrated evacuation point, leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Vung Ang ward were present, visited, encouraged and personally handed over rice and drinking water to the people, ensuring that no one lacked food, water or rest.

The hot meals handed out with sincere encouragement have helped people feel more secure and confident in overcoming difficulties.

Mr. Nguyen The Anh - Chairman of Vung Ang Ward People's Committee shared with the people at the evacuation point that: People can rest assured here, the ward has prepared rice and water, and full blankets. If there are any difficulties, just tell the brothers on duty here, the government will try to take care of the people as carefully as possible.
