Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai affirmed that the achievements that the province has achieved are the crystallization of the spirit of responsibility, dedication and continuous aspiration to rise up of Party organizations, cadres, party members and people throughout the province.
Ca Mau Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the role of the Party Cell Secretaries - political nuclei at the grassroots level, the place that directly brings the Party's resolutions into life. According to him, the prestige of the head of the Party cell does not come from administrative orders but is built from setting an example, pioneering spirit, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility for the common good.
They both directly lead and manage socio-economic development tasks at the grassroots level, and are a bridge connecting the Party's will with the people's hearts. If there is no enthusiastic, dynamic, and decisive Party cell secretaries, many correct guidelines and resolutions will be difficult to promote their effectiveness in practice," emphasized the Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee.
In 2026 and the following years with many intertwined opportunities and challenges, provincial leaders call on each cadre and party member, especially typical advanced examples who are commended, to continue to promote their role as an example, clearly aware of their responsibilities to the Party and the people. The province is committed to continuing to accompany, create a transparent working environment, encourage innovation and creativity, and protect those who dare to think and dare to do for the common good.
At the meeting, provincial leaders decided to commend and reward 30 collectives and 363 outstanding individuals in all fields throughout the province. These are considered outstanding factors, contributing to strongly spreading the patriotic emulation movement, creating motivation to promote cadres, party members and people of Ca Mau to unite and join hands to build an increasingly developed locality.
