Can Tho e-Portal reported that Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee Truong Canh Tuyen has just issued Official Dispatch No. 3559/UBND-HCC requesting departments, agencies, branches, and localities to implement Official Dispatch No. 731/TTg-CDS dated June 26, 2026 of the Prime Minister on continuing to effectively implement 11 Resolutions of the Government.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee requested agencies and units to clearly define responsibilities in organizing the implementation of tasks on decentralization, delegation of power, cutting and simplifying administrative procedures; ensuring that the receipt and resolution of administrative procedures are carried out continuously and smoothly, without allowing interruptions or delays to occur.
Agencies and units urgently review and ensure sufficient facilities, equipment and information technology infrastructure to serve the work of resolving administrative procedures.
Mr. Truong Canh Tuyen also assigned the Department of Science and Technology to promptly propose solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in technical infrastructure, data sharing and operation of the Information System to serve administrative procedure resolution.
This official dispatch also requires strengthening training, professional development and skills in using information systems for cadres and civil servants directly handling administrative procedures; reviewing and arranging human resources in accordance with the workload, especially for newly decentralized and delegated tasks.

Notably, the Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee requested to strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of administrative procedures; promptly rectify and strictly handle acts of harassment, causing trouble, arbitrarily adding dossier components or requests outside regulations; improve administrative discipline and order and service quality for people and businesses.
Separately, agencies and units proactively summarize difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing administrative procedures that have been decentralized to promptly report and propose to the City People's Committee to propose to competent authorities for consideration and removal.
