On the morning of June 6, people reported the discovery of thousands of products such as medicine and functional foods being dumped on Nguyen Van Linh Street (Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City). The label of these products states the names of Mediphar Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Phu Nghia Industrial Park, Chuong My District, Hanoi) and MEDIUSA Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi).
Notably, most of the stolen products are still valid, including products that are valid until 2028.

According to the reporter's records on June 10, at the address of MEDIUSA Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi), this headquarters is not operating, the outside sign has been removed, leaving only two small nameplates inside.

Here, a person who claimed to be hired to move the house said: "I was hired to move here. Currently, there is no one working inside and it is not clear in what field the company operates".

According to people living near this area, the company has been inactive for about two months now, with almost no people passing by. Although it is a pharmaceutical company, it was very rare to see goods being transported before. This facility only has a couple - the company owner and a delivery person.

The reporter contacted the phone number on the product packaging of Mediphar Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Phu Nghia Industrial Park, Chuong My District, Hanoi) and MEDIUSA Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi) but did not receive a response.
In front of the two houses, which are said to be the headquarters of MEDIUSA Company, were covered with dust and dry leaves due to the lack of people coming to visit for a long time.
Around April 2025, Mr. Nguyen Nang Manh - Director of MegaPhaco Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD) of MEDIUSA Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company was prosecuted and temporarily detained for 2 crimes: "production and trading of counterfeit food" and "Violating accounting regulations causing serious consequences".
According to the investigation, since 2015, Nguyen Nang Manh and his accomplices have established and operated 6 enterprises including: 1 raw material import company, 2 manufacturing companies, 2 distribution companies and 1 packaging company that were established by the subjects to legalize the process from importing input to the consumption of fake functional foods nationwide.
