According to the Department of Home Affairs of Can Tho City, from July 1 to 23, Can Tho City received 47,816 administrative procedure records through the Public Service Portal, including 31,300.000 online records and 16,441 direct records. As of 4:00 p.m. on July 23, the whole city had processed 32,751 records, while 15,034 records under processing 31 records had been stopped/antended.

Can Tho City has completed the conversion and synchronously deployed the Information System for handling administrative procedures after the merger, applied at 120 units across the area. The system is deployed for the City Public Administration Service Center, 2 reception and results return points in Vi Thanh ward and Phu Loi ward, 14 departments, branches and 103 communes and wards. As of July 23, 20,652 accounts have been created in the system, including 6,184 executive accounts, 14,264 citizen accounts and 204 business accounts.
From June 30, 2025, the system will connect to the National Public Service Portal and be put into operation, ensuring smooth operation in the context of restructuring the apparatus, organizing local government at both levels and provincial-level administrative units. The system has synchronized 2,121 administrative procedures and completed connections with many important platforms such as: The Ministry of Public Security's Interconnected Public Service Portal, VBDLIS land management software, the system for monitoring and measuring the level of provision and use of digital government services (EMC), as well as integrating the function of issuing criminal records via VNeID.
