Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police, on the evening of May 22, the working group of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 11 - Hanoi Traffic Police Department, led by Major Nguyen Xuan Cuong, was tasked with patrolling and controlling the Thang Long Avenue Expressway.
At around 7:40 p.m., when arriving at Km24, the working group discovered a girl cycling on the lane for vehicles traveling 100km/h. Immediately, the working group quickly approached and took the child out of the danger zone.
Through initial contact, it was noted that the girl had special signs. The working group reported to the unit's Command, and at the same time took the child and the vehicle to the headquarters for care and to find a way to contact relatives.

At the headquarters, officers and soldiers promptly provided food and drinks and tried to exploit related information.
Due to the girl's health condition, it was difficult to determine initial information. However, with a high sense of responsibility, Road Traffic Police Team No. 11 coordinated with the police of communes in the area to review the information.
Thanks to the widely sent identification notice, Hung Dao Commune Police (Quoc Oai District) received a match report from a family reporting that they had lost contact with their granddaughter.
At 9:00 p.m. the same day, the girl's family arrived at the headquarters of Road Traffic Police Team No. 11 to pick her up. Through verification, the girl's name is N.T.P.T (born in 2009, currently living in Quoc Oai district).

Representing the family, the uncles and nephews, Mr. Nguyen Van Linh, said that the child has special cognitive needs, because the family went to work, and he did not know where he would ride his bicycle. At around 6pm, when he returned home and did not see the grandchild, the whole family was very worried, organized a search and reported to the commune police.
moved by the noble gesture of the traffic police force, Mr. Nguyen Van Linh wrote a letter of thanks to the leaders of Hanoi City Police, the Traffic Police Department and officers and soldiers of Road Traffic Police Team No. 11, acknowledging the dedication and responsibility in the process of helping and caring for the child.
