Forest fires flare up again in Hai Binh, Thanh Hoa

    Thanh Hoa - After basically controlling the forest fire in Hai Binh ward, another fire continued to break out in this ward.

    Accordingly, at about 3:30 pm on June 25, a new fire broke out in the Northwest direction of Hill 74 area, Hai Nhan residential group, Hai Binh ward.

    Immediately after discovering the incident, functional forces quickly approached the scene, deploying firefighting measures to prevent the fire from spreading.

    Currently, the forces are continuing to divide into many prongs to approach the fire from many directions, both directly extinguishing the fire and opening firebreaks to control the fire.

    For the locations that have been extinguished, functional forces continue to deploy measures to inspect and handle fire embers, preventing the fire from reigniting.

    Previously, at about 1:38 pm on June 24, the 114 Command Information Center, Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police received a report of a forest fire in the Mai Lam area, Hai Binh ward.

    Immediately after receiving the news, functional agencies mobilized hundreds of officers, soldiers, militia and self-defense forces and specialized vehicles to deploy firefighting measures, cordon off areas, and prevent fire from spreading.
