From March 1, Hai Duong Provincial Police will receive additional functions and tasks from the departments, branches and units transferred, including: state management of drug addiction treatment and post-drug addiction management; state management of testing and issuing driving licenses; state management of criminal records and implementation of public services for issuing criminal records; state management of network safety and security.
In particular, at the Hai Duong Provincial Public Administration Service Center, the Provincial Police received and resolved additional procedures related to the issuance and exchange of driving licenses; issuance of criminal records. Regarding issues related to information security and safety, the Provincial Police will receive a part of the Smart Operation Center of Hai Duong province.
The leaders of Hai Duong Provincial Police have come to inspect the activities of these departments at the assigned locations. Due to careful preparation in advance, management and operation at departments continue to be maintained, without interruption, affecting the process of handling procedures for people as well as organizational agencies, unions, etc.
