From March 1, 2025, the Traffic Police Department of Dak Nong Provincial Police has transferred the task of issuing and exchanging driving licenses to the Commune-level Police.
In the spirit of serving the people, more than 2,000 applications have been received, of which more than 80% are made through online public services.
To meet the increasing demand, the Provincial Police Director has opened 7 more reception points in the central communes of 7 districts.
The police of the communes have been trained in professional skills and clearly listed procedures and fees, creating favorable conditions for the people.
People in places such as Dak Buk So (Tuy Duc) and Dak Am town ( Krong No) highly appreciate this transfer, saying that it helps save time and travel costs.
The staff at the reception points have made efforts to ensure the process goes smoothly, without affecting the activities of the people.
People can carry out procedures for granting and exchanging driving licenses directly or online.
After completion, they will receive an appointment letter and the data will be updated on the Traffic Police Department's search page. The Provincial Police encourage the use of online public services to save time.
