However, 2 individuals, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao (born in 1981, residing in Binh Thuan ward) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang (born in 1980, residing in Phan Thiet ward) illegally occupied the above land area.

Previously, on June 20, 2025, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province (before the merger) issued 2 decisions to enforce the implementation of remedial measures No. 1174 for Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao and No. 1175 for Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang.

The second content of the decision is to enforce the restoration of the original state of the land before the violation and force the return of the land. The locality has handed over and sent the decisions to individuals.

Recorded on the morning of November 10, at the enforcement scene, many machines and workers were carrying out the work to restore the land to its original state. Illegally built constructions on the land were demolished.

All crops on the land were removed and removed from the violating land. The police force maintains security and order, ensuring safety for forces performing enforcement duties.

After completing the enforcement, the entire above land area was assigned to the People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward for management.
