Ha Tinh - An 8th grade male student drowned unconscious while swimming in the river, fortunately discovered and rescued in time.

Mr. Tran Quoc Bao - Chairman of Huong Khe Commune People's Committee - said that in the afternoon of March 17, an 8th grade male student in the commune drowned while swimming in the river, and was fortunately rescued.

Accordingly, at about 12:30 pm on March 17, P.L. B. L (born 2012, residing in Phu Lam village, Huong Khe commune), a student of class 8A7 of Phu Gia Secondary School, went out with friends and then swam in the dam area on the Tiem River, in Truong Son village, Huong Khe commune.

While swimming, unfortunately, L drowned. Discovering the incident, Mr. Le Khac Ha (born 1978, residing in Phu Hung village, Huong Khe commune) quickly rushed down to rescue L and bring her ashore.

At this time, the victim was unconscious, Mr. Ha gave first aid, initial resuscitation and then urgently took him to the health station for emergency treatment.

Here, medical staff examined, injected resuscitation and continued to monitor L.'s health. Currently, his condition has stabilized.
