Procedure for Appraisal of the List of Document Components of Permanently Preserved Files, reducing the processing time from 15 working days to 12 working days. Procedure for Appointment to the position of Inspector, Chief Inspector reduces the processing time from 25 days to 22 days, in which the processing time at the Department of Home Affairs is reduced from 15 days to 12 days.
The procedure for providing information on the list of tourist accommodation establishments reduces the processing time by 1 working day compared to current regulations. The procedure for requesting a ban on parking on even and odd days on roads in the city reduces the processing time by 6 days compared to the regulations of administrative procedures, from 30 working days to 24 working days. The procedure for approving the road maintenance plan for provincial roads and other roads managed by the Department of Transport reduces the processing time from 30 days to 24 days.
There are 3 procedures with amended settlement authority from provincial level to district level including: Procedures for Construction, appraisal of Land Price Adjustment Coefficient as basis for calculating land compensation when the State recovers land (applicable to cases where the land plot or land area has a value calculated according to the land price in the land price table of less than 30 billion VND), Procedures for Construction, appraisal of resettlement land price, Procedures for Planning, appraisal, approval of Resettlement Plan.
The procedure for consulting relevant departments, agencies and sectors on investment in petrol stations and the procedure for appraisal and approval of budget estimates for planning tasks and construction and urban planning projects under the approval authority of the City People's Committee are abolished.
