According to statistics from the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, the total number of houses and land facilities that are working headquarters and career facilities under the management of the province is 2,700.
To date, there are 150 houses and land in the province that are not in use, are used inefficiently or are not used for the right purposes. Of these, only 12 facilities have issued a decision to handle the situation but have not yet completed the handling.
The Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee has directed relevant units to inspect the current status and develop a plan to handle unused offices and service establishments before May 10.
Therefore, it is submitted to the competent authority for approval of the plan and a decision on handling in May 2025.
For establishments operating public services or other public assets subject to handling, relevant units continue to review and develop plans for arrangement and organization of handling.
