On June 2, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee issued a plan to improve the Administrative Reform Index (PAR Index) and the People's satisfaction index with the services of state administrative agencies (SIPAS) in 2025.
The purpose of the plan is to continue to maintain and improve the components of the PAR Index to achieve high results; improve the low-scoring components of the PAR Index; overcome shortcomings, limitations and improve SIPAS.
In particular, the focus of the plan is to improve the sense of responsibility and attitude of serving the people of the staff, civil servants and public employees at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center; the reception and return of results department of People's Committees at all levels; strive for PAR Index in 2025 to increase five steps compared to 2024.
To achieve the above goal, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee recommends that relevant units focus on overcoming and improving the criteria and criteria for components that have not yet achieved the administrative reform target (22 criteria and criteria).
Continue to improve and enhance the satisfaction index of people with the services of state administrative agencies; maintain and improve well-implemented criteria and ingredients.
Localities assign specific tasks, for each content and task that has been identified. Periodically report the results of implementing the contents of this plan (incorporated into the administrative reform report) to the Department of Home Affairs for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.
Explain and be responsible to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee for the survey results of PAR Index and SIPAS in 2025 at agencies, units and localities.
Previously, in April 2025, the Central Government announced the results, ranking the satisfaction index of people with the services of State administrative agencies in 2024 and the administrative reform index in 2024 of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities.
Accordingly, the people's satisfaction index with the services of state administrative agencies in 2024 in Dak Lak province ranked 58th; the administrative reform index in 2024 ranked 53rd out of 63 provinces and cities.
