On July 12, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee informed that in the first 6 months of 2025, the province has focused on implementing the revolution of streamlining the apparatus, combined with implementing socio-economic development tasks.
In general, the socio-economic situation of the province continues to develop stably, basically ensuring the set goals and progress.
The economic growth rate (GRDP) is estimated at 7.14%. Export turnover is estimated at 1,485 million USD, up 37.16% over the same period, reaching 66.4% of the annual plan.

The current GRDP growth rate basically meets the growth scenario of 8% for the whole year. However, to achieve this target, the growth rate in the remaining months must reach 8.64%.
Therefore, the tasks from now until the end of the year for authorities at all levels are very heavy.
Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Trung emphasized: "In the coming months, the Provincial People's Committee needs to pay attention to supporting and guiding commune-level authorities to operate stably, arrange facilities and resolve records at the Public Administration Service Center".
According to Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung, departments and branches need to promptly remove difficulties and guide commune levels on the process of handling records in the form of "handsharing" for professional staff.
The Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial People's Committee to strongly innovate the direction methods, the management methods, and establish the relationship of local government operations at both levels. At the same time, tighten discipline and administrative discipline, promote the responsibility of the head.
For cadres and civil servants, it is necessary to promote the spirit of daring to think, daring to do for the common good; replace cadres who show signs of avoiding, pushing, and not daring to advise.
Units need to continue reforming administrative procedures, attracting investment, frankly acknowledging reality, removing difficulties, barriers, and bottlenecks in policy mechanisms... to ensure the economic growth target of 8% or more, emphasized the Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary.
