Dak Lak - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch on focusing on implementing response plans to storm No. 13 and heavy rain and floods in the area.

The official dispatch of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee stated that due to the fast and dangerous movement of storm No. 13, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee continued to adjust the time to complete the contents related to the response work.

Accordingly, the document requires the Secretaries and Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards to focus on directing the implementation of inspections, reviews, and resolutely relocate and evacuate people, vehicles and assets from dangerous areas. Especially coastal areas, areas at risk of landslides and flooding to ensure the safety of people and property of the people and the state. Completion time before 12:00 on November 6, 2025. At the same time, ensuring food and essential needs at the place where the evacuation was held.

Coastal localities and river mouths have directed the implementation of measures to ensure the safety of people and property of coastal residents and tourists.

Guiding ships and boats that have come ashore or enter storm anchorage areas in the area to arrange fixed and safe anchorages to avoid collisions due to the impact of storms; guiding the movement and reinforcement to ensure safety of aquaculture cages and seafood farming.

Resolutely do not let people stay on cages, boats and aquaculture areas.

Mr. Ta Anh Tuan - Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee - said: "Storm No. 13 is a very strong storm. From now until the storm makes landfall is the "golden time" to prepare for storm prevention and control. The evacuation of people needs to be carried out earlier than the Government's direction".
