Many projects are behind schedule
In Krong No district, the road project to develop the new urban area of Dak Am town has a total investment of 80 billion VND.
The project will be implemented in the period of 2022 - 2025, the investor is the Project Management and Land Fund Development Board of Krong No district.
In 2025, the project was allocated more than 31.6 billion VND. However, by March 7, the project had only disbursed 200 million VND, reaching 0.6%.
Similarly, the road project from the center of Dak Song district to Thuan Ha commune and Dak N'Drung commune is invested by the Dak Song District Project Management and Land Fund Development Board with a total cost of 82 billion VND.
The project was invested in the period of 2021 - 2024 but has not been completed yet. In 2025, the project was assigned a capital plan of nearly 28.5 billion VND. By March 7, the project had disbursed 0%.
Requesting contractors to speed up progress
Recently, after inspecting the two projects, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen emphasized that traffic routes are very important, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.
Moreover, 2025 is a pivotal year with many important events. Focusing on completing projects and works on schedule will contribute to the celebration of the Provincial Party Congress and major national holidays.
Therefore, Mr. Le Trong Yen requested investors to focus on urging contractors to increase human and material resources, speeding up the construction progress of projects. The completion of the projects will bring great socio-economic efficiency to the locality.
The project investor proactively reviews and promotes site clearance and strengthens inspection and supervision of construction progress.
Relevant units need to coordinate closely to ensure timely and effective disbursement, contributing to promoting local socio-economic growth.
In the face of slow disbursement of public investment capital, the Vice Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee has directed departments, branches, sectors and localities to urgently implement solutions to remove obstacles and speed up the progress of projects.
