On July 3, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) held the 13th Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

In 2024, the salary of cadres, employees and workers was increased to 7.64 million VND/person/month, an increase of 0.7 million VND. In the last term, the unit developed 18 new Party members.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Bui Van Yen - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc acknowledged and commended the outstanding results that the company's Party Committee has achieved.
The company's Party Committee has led the unit to effectively complete the task of production and business, taking care of the lives of workers and building a strong Party organization.

The Congress set out directions, goals and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term. In particular, strive for the output of dried rubber latex to reach 53,397.34 tons, with total revenue for the entire term reaching VND4,667.39 billion.
The average income of workers increased by at least 5%/year compared to the previous year. At the same time, continue to build a team of cadres and Party members with strong political will, exemplary and responsible.
The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 9 people. Mr. Nguyen Viet Tuong - Secretary of the 12th Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company continued to be elected to hold the position of Secretary of the 13th Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress also elected 7 official delegates to attend the first Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress.
