The route from Thai Binh (old) through Hung Ha commune connecting with Hung Yen province is one of the province's key transport projects, with special significance in completing regional connectivity infrastructure, promoting socio-economic development and expanding urban space.
The 6.4km section passing through Hung Ha commune is considered a great opportunity for the locality to break through, expand trade, and at the same time ensure security, order and national defense in the area.
During the implementation of site clearance, the Party Committee and government of Hung Ha commune have been proactive and flexible in propaganda and mobilization, creating high consensus among the people. Up to now, 100% of households with areas within the site clearance scope have agreed to implement the project.
The departments, specialized branches and project implementation units such as the Land Fund Development Center No. 2, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 regularly coordinate with the People's Committee of the commune to review and remove difficulties.
Some contents reflected by people and establishments focus on the design, installation of drainage culverts, in-field irrigation, location of service roads, intersections, resettlement areas and compensation land prices. These issues have been accepted, answered and agreed upon by relevant sectors for handling in accordance with actual conditions.
According to the leader of Hung Ha commune, in the coming time, the locality will continue to focus on site clearance, closely coordinating with provincial units to ensure the overall progress of the project.
The commune government will publicize the location of the resettlement area, promote propaganda, create consensus among the people, and at the same time fully synthesize recommendations to report to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
When completed, the Thai Binh - Hung Yen route will become a strategic traffic axis, contributing significantly to connecting and spreading socio-economic development between localities in the region, opening up new development directions for Hung Ha commune and neighboring areas.
