On August 27, Ninh Binh Provincial Police informed that previously, on August 22, Dong Thinh Commune Police had drawn up a record of confiscation of the K54 revolver and 57 revolver bullets picked up by Mr. Bui Xuan D (born in 1940, residing in Long Dien village, Dong Thinh commune, Ninh Binh province) while digging banana trees in the dike area of Coc Thanh Doai village, Dong Thinh commune.
Accordingly, the revolver and ammunition wrapped in a white anti-shock plastic bag were buried under the bone banana tree. At that time, Mr. D dug up a Coast Banana tree in the dike area of Coc Thanh Doai village to plant it.
Mr. D then brought him back to hand him over to Dong Thinh Commune Police.
Dong Thinh Commune Police have completed the documents for receiving weapons, K54 gun number N022794 and 57 sung truong bullets, and handed them over to the Commander of the Military Command of Dong Thinh Commune, Ninh Binh Province for preservation and handling according to the provisions of law.
