Site clearance
These days, many households along the National Highway 49A intersection, Thuan An ward are urgently dismantling houses and shops to hand over land to serve the Thuan An estuary overpass project. After receiving compensation money, households have proactively relocated the works, creating conditions for the construction unit to deploy access roads to the bridge. Although the clearance affects livelihoods, people still agree and expect the project to be completed soon, contributing to the development of regional traffic infrastructure.
Mr. Bui Ngoc Chanh - in charge of compensation, site clearance and land fund development of Area 1 Construction Investment Project Management Board, said that so far the ground north of Thuan An bridge has been handed over to Ho Van Do road section. The remaining part is about 200m long, the households have received compensation money and are continuing to hand it over for the construction unit to deploy the access road to the bridge.
