From July 1, district-level People's Courts in Quang Ninh will be reorganized into 6 regional People's Courts.
The Supreme People's Court assigned the Department of Planning and Finance and the Supreme People's Court to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to guide provincial and regional People's Courts to complete legal documents on working offices according to the provisions of law; Preside over reviewing and synthesizing the needs for facilities, working offices, equipment and investment capital of units after the arrangement, advising the leaders of the Supreme People's Court to consider and propose to competent authorities to arrange according to regulations.
Assign the Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court and the Chief Justice of the People's Court of the region to be responsible for announcing the list of locations where the Court conducts citizen reception; receiving lawsuits, requests, complaints and denunciations; receiving documents and evidence from the Provincial People's Court and the People's Court of the region on the Supreme People's Court's Electronic Information Portal; The Provincial People's Court and the People's Court of the region's electronic information page (if any); Organize the reception, management and use of headquarters in accordance with legal regulations; Implement the assignment, arrangement of civil servants and employees and the arrangement of unit activities according to the new organizational model, ensuring stability and efficiency.
