Mr. Le Van Luong - Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee signed and issued 5 decisions on transferring houses and land of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement to communes, wards and project management boards for management and use.
Accordingly, the assets of houses and land of the Dien Bien Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement (formerly the Muong Nhe District Civil Judgment Enforcement Department) will be transferred to the Project Management and Land Fund Development Board of Area 5 for management and use. This land has an area of 899m2, a construction floor area of 768m2 with a total asset value of more than 10.7 billion VND.
Transfer the assets of the Muong Lay Town Civil Judgment Enforcement Office (old) to the Department of Economics, Infrastructure and Urban Areas (Muong Lay Ward). This asset block includes 1,202m2 of land and 750m2 of floor space, with a total price of nearly 7.8 billion VND.
Transfer the assets of the Muong Ang District Civil Judgment Enforcement Office (old) to the Economic Department (Muong Ang Commune). This facility has a land area of 1,450m2, put into use since 2021 with a value of more than 8.3 billion VND.
In addition, the province also transferred the assets of the Dien Bien Dong District Civil Judgment Enforcement Office (old) to the Office of the People's Council - People's Committee (Na Son commune). This 1,500m2 plot of land has a face value of nearly 3.4 billion VND.
Similarly, the assets of the Tua Chua District Civil Judgment Enforcement Office (old) were transferred to the Economic Department (Tua Chua Commune) with a land area of 511m2, with a face value of more than 1.8 billion VND.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province assigned the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement to coordinate with the units receiving the transfer to hand over and receive assets according to current regulations.
The units receiving the assets are responsible for conducting audits, reporting and declaring the increase in assets, registering ownership and use rights according to legal regulations.
