Dak Nong – During the New Year visit, the Police and Gendarmerie forces of Mondulkiri province expressed their desire to continue to closely coordinate and protect the common border.

On the afternoon of January 20, a delegation representing the Police and Gendarmerie forces of Mondulkiri province, Cambodia visited and extended New Year greetings to the Border Guard Command of Dak Nong province.

Here, the two sides informed each other about the economic, cultural, social development situation and national defense and security work in the border area.

At the same time, the two sides wish to continue to coordinate in maintaining political security and social order and safety in border areas; preventing illegal entry and exit, and combating all types of crime.

On the occasion of the traditional New Year of the Vietnamese people, Lieutenant General Lor So Kha - Director of the Mondulkiri Provincial Police Department, on behalf of the Mondulkiri Provincial Police and Gendarmerie forces, sent New Year greetings.

Lieutenant General Lor So Kha also wished for sustainable development of the solidarity and friendship between the armed forces and people of Dak Nong - Mondulkiri provinces.

Colonel Nguyen Thanh Dinh - Commander of Dak Nong Provincial Border Guard Command thanked the special sentiments of the Police and Gendarmerie forces of Mondulkiri province.
