Enterprises in Lao Cai fined 25 million for false inspection report

    Lao Cai - The competent authority has just fined Construction Supervision and Inspection Consulting Joint Stock Company for preparing inaccurate inspection reports.

    The Department of Construction of Lao Cai province issued a decision to administratively sanction the Construction Supervision and Inspection Consulting Joint Stock Company.

    The enterprise is headquartered at 110A Tran Quoc Toan Street, Yen Bai Ward, the director is Mr. Truong Hong Phuong, and the legal representative.

    According to the penalty decision, the company has prepared an inaccurate inspection report, violating Point b, Clause 1, Article 29 of Decree 16/2022/ND-CP on administrative sanctions in the construction sector.

    The authorities applied a fine of 25 million VND. Enterprises are forced to re-cast the inspection results to remedy the consequences.

    Along with that, the company must pay the fine on time, otherwise the enforcement measures will be applied according to regulations; for each late payment day, an additional 0.05% will be calculated on the unpaid fine.
